Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included to maintain return eligibility.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
